Premier Play Wetpour Surfacing

Wet pour 's simplest description is rubber safety surfacing. It is a two layer porous impact absorbing system.

The wet pour base course or shock pad is manufactured from 100% recycled products. The granulated rubber crumb is

mixed with a polyurethane binder. The base layer is varied in depth to meet the required Critical Fall Height of any play equipment. Our hard wear layer is also mixed

with a polyurethane binder and the granules used here are known EPDM, virgin rubber, on all our coloured surfaces.

Wet pour can be installed onto various sub bases,

compacted MOT Type 1 stone being the most widely used along with

concrete and tarmac.

Wet pour can be adapted for most budgets from surfaces

involving very detailed full colour designs......to black surfaces with coloured designs .....to a budget busting

plain black surface where coloured graphics can be added anytime in the future.
